Hi Parents!

My name is Kayla Glenn, founder of HeyBaby. As a certified labor doula and lactation educator with over a decade of experience with pregnant women and newborns, I am deeply committed to supporting women (and all new parents!) during one of the most transformative times in their lives.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve always been fascinated by birth and the incredible power women have to bring life to Earth, driving me to empower expectant mothers with education, compassion, and unwavering support.

Born and raised in a community that didn’t exactly value maternal health and social justice, I made it my personal mission to create a better narrative for new families. I found inspiration in the stories of women overcoming challenges and advocating for themselves and their newborns.

My process is rooted in active listening and empathy, allowing each family's unique needs to guide our journey together. By providing evidence-based information and nurturing encouragement, I aim to ensure that every woman feels confident and capable as she embarks on her parenting path.

My goal is not for my clients to say “Wow, i couldn’t have done it without you”, but instead to say “Wow, i did it!”
